What is Made to Order?

Our Greatest Hits: Made to Order program features several of our sold-out best sellers that will be custom printed for you, in your size, shipped right to your door.  With thanks to our wonderful licensing and production partners, we’re able to offer you a second chance at legacy items you may have missed out the first time. Your inner child will be excited!

How long will my order take to ship?

All made to order products are personally printed, just for you. Once your order is placed, production begins to bring a piece of your childhood back to life. Orders will ship approximately 12 to 15 business days after they are placed. If your order includes both made to order items and in-stock products, your order will ship together once all items are ready to ship.

Can I expect the same Retrokid quality on all Made to Order items?

Yes.  Quality is very important to us.  We’ve sourced the best printers on the planet to deliver the highest quality prints possible… you’re going to love it!  While several other stocked items are screen printed or embroidered, our Made to Order items are specially printed using top of the line Direct to Film production using the best ink and print quality we could find.

What is the Return/Exchange policy on Made to Order items?

These items are made to order. Each design is only printed at the time an order is placed. As such, adjustments or cancellations cannot be made to allow our team to begin working on your Made to Order item as soon as possible. All sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.  We appreciate your understanding and thank you for choosing something special from Retrokid!

Can I cancel or modify my order?

For all Made to Order purchases, we kindly ask that you double check your sizing and order details before submitting, as we are unable to make any adjustments, modifications or cancellations once an order has been placed.  All sales are final.
