Return & Exchange

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Retrokid allows customers to return or exchange items that are unused/unworn/unwashed. Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of delivery date. If 14 days or more have passed since delivery date, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine the item(s) and notify you via email, within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 3 to 6 business days for credit card refunds.

You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs and any customs or brokerage fees for returning items to our warehouse to complete the refund/exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee or be held responsible if we do not receive your returned items.

Retrokid will not accept packages with customs or brokerage fees.  These packages will be deemed undelivered and returned immediately to sender.

All exchanges are dependent on existing stock at the time of exchange.

All items marked as final are not eligible for a return or exchange. Gift cards are final and non-refundable.

To cancel or change an order you must contact orders@retrokid.ca within 12 hours of placing the order.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you've received an item in a damaged state caused by a manufacturer defect, please e-mail our support team at orders@retrokid.ca within 14 days of the delivery date. Please be sure to include images of the defect and a brief description.
