What are you looking for?

We get it—sometimes the fit or feel just isn’t quite right. If your item is unused, unwashed, and unworn, you can exchange it within 14 days of when it was delivered. All exchanges are dependent on existing stock at the time of exchange.

We get it—sometimes it just doesn’t work out. If your item is unused, unwashed, and unworn, you can return it within 14 days of when it was delivered. For returns, please allow 4 to 8 business days for credit card refunds.

All mystery bags, sale items, and anything marked as final sale can not be returned or exchanged. Gift cards are also final sale and non-refundable.

Need to cancel or make a change? No problem—shoot us an email at orders@retrokid.ca within 12 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to catch it in time.

If your order didn’t show up, don’t worry—we’re here to help. First, double-check your shipping confirmation to make sure the address you entered was correct. If there was a typo, we can resend the order to the right place, but it’ll be at your cost. If everything looks good on your end, email us at orders@retrokid.ca with your order number and we’ll look into it.

For now, we’re only shipping within Canada and the U.S.—but we’re always dreaming bigger, so stay tuned.

Estimated Delivery Times 🇨🇦 Canada: Please allow an extra 4–7 business days after your order ships. 🇺🇸 USA: Please allow an extra 6–9 business days after your order ships. Heads up—your order may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes depending on your country. These are set by your local government (things like value, weight, and size can affect them), and Retrokid is not responsible for any additional charges upon delivery at your door.

Everyone is unique. We recommend taking your favourite t-shirt or hoodie and measure to get your ideal fit. When measuring, please lay the item flat and provide the following: Width: Measure across the chest from armpit to armpit. Length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder (near the collar) straight down to the bottom hem. We've also included a size chart for quick reference.

What size should I order?

We give every item a once-over (okay, more like three times) before it ships out—but sometimes things slip through. If your item arrived with a manufacturer defect, shoot us an email at orders@retrokid.ca within 14 days of delivery. Be sure to include a few pics and a quick note about what’s up. We’ll make it right.

Want to keep your gear looking fresh? Follow these care tips: Machine wash cold, Only non-chlorine bleach if needed, Tumble dry low, No ironing, please! And skip the dry cleaner—hang dry is best.

Have you signed up for back in stock notifications? Click the “Notify Me When Available” on the product page for the item or size you’re looking for. We accept—Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Apple Pay, and PayPal. All payments go through secure, encrypted processing to keep things safe. In some cases, we might ask for a bit of extra info if something flags our fraud filters—just to keep everyone protected.
