Shipping & Payment

Order Processing

Your order will be processed and filled within 5 - 7 business days after receiving payment and verification for your order.  Shipping time is in addition to fulfillment and processing.  

Shipping

Currently we only ship to Canada and the US.  

Estimated Delivery Times:

Canada: additional 4 to 7 business days once fulfillment is complete.  

USA: additional 6 to 9 business days once fulfillment is complete.  

Shipments may incur additional customs fees, duties or taxes.  For each country the customs policies are different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. Retrokid is not responsible for any of these additional fees. 

Order Never Arrived

If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know. First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost. If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at orders@retrokid.ca noting your order number. 

Lost or Stolen Orders

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced upon delivery.

Payment

We accept most major methods of payment including Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Apple Pay and PayPal. All payments are transferred with secure processing and encryption technologies. We may require additional identification verification to process orders that do not meet our fraud prevention standards.
