Order Processing
Your order will be processed and filled within 3 - 5 business days after receiving payment and verification for your order. Shipping time is in addition to fulfillment and processing. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your shipment to arrive.

Currently we only ship to Canada and the US.
Estimated Delivery Times:
Canada: approx. 4 to 7 business days once fulfillment is complete. Covid delays may impact delivery schedule.
USA: approx. 6 to 9 business days once fulfillment is complete. Covid delays may impact delivery schedule.
For orders being shipped outside of Canada, additional customs fees, duties or taxes may incur. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. We do not take responsibility for any of these fees.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We know you’re going to love your product, but if for any reason you don’t,
Retrokid’s return policy allows you to return or exchange items that are
unused/unworn/unwashed within 14 days of delivery date. Our returns and exchange portal below is designed to easily guide you through the process.

For returns, please allow 3 to 7 business days for credit card refunds.
All exchanges are dependent on existing stock at the time of exchange.
All mystery bags/sales or items marked as final sale are not eligible for a return or exchange. Gift cards are final sale and non-refundable.

To cancel or change an order you must contact orders@retrokid.ca within
12 hours of placing the order.
DAMAGED ITEMS
We meticulously inspect each and every item we ship, but rarely damages
can happen. If you've received an item in a damaged state caused by a
manufacturer defect, please e-mail our support team at orders@retrokid.ca
within 14 days of the delivery date. Please be sure to include images of the
defect and a brief description.
