Currently we only ship to Canada and the US.

Terrible Customer Experience

I had purchased 2 sweatshirts and a t-shirt in the beginning of June. After 3 weeks of waiting and not receiving my order I contacted the company. I had to email [****] 3 times over the course of a week before I even received a response. A few days had passed and I had not heard back about the situation so I emailed the company asking for a refund, as the entire experience was extremely frustrating not to mention disappointing.

Days later, I received an email saying they had just shipped my order as the original was lost. Because they had gone ahead and shipped the items, I understood it was too late for them to give me the refund I had initially asked for. I then asked for a price adjustment as they just had a 40% off sale site wide. I was simply told they don’t do price adjustments. There was no mention of my previous email asking for a full refund.

I then looked into their return policy, which again required me to contact [****] within a certain amount of time from the receipt of shipment and that they would determine if a return was possible. At this point, I did NOT feel confident that they would contact me in a timely manner to be able to process the return.

EXTREMELY disheartened with RetroKid. The lack of communication and their failure to rectify the poor customer experience is upsetting. Buyer beware.
